Visited countries
This report shows, broken down by country, where you have been: each continuous period spent in a country appears as a separate entry, with details of entry and exit, the distance covered and the breakdown of work performed there.
What does an entry show?
Each country stay is displayed in two rows (one stay = one continuous period spent in a country, separated by border crossings):
- Top row: the start and end of the stay, and its duration (in parentheses).
- Bottom row: the country name (your home country highlighted in a distinct colour), the entry and exit details, the distance covered and the work breakdown.
Entry and exit
Entry and exit are labelled according to their source, together with the licence plate and odometer reading:
- Entry into country / Exit from country — if it originates from a border crossing;
- Card insertion / Card removal — if the border is marked by a card insertion or removal.
The Distance: row shows the distance travelled during the stay (the difference between the starting and ending odometer readings).
Work breakdown in the country
Four icon-labelled totals are shown for each stay — the time spent driving, doing other work, on availability and resting/on break in that country (hh:mm).
Reliability. If entry and exit occurred in different vehicles (the licence plate differs), the distance and work breakdown cannot be calculated reliably and are therefore omitted. If a border marker looks suspicious (e.g. a card removal falls within one minute of a border crossing), the app highlights it in red.
Map and export
- Where GPS (GNSS) data is available for the stay, the map icon opens the route on the Map.
- The report can be exported as PDF or Excel. Sorting and filtering are not available for this report; it groups strictly by country stay in chronological order.
