Subscription and devices
The app starts with a free trial period, after which it can be used with an annual subscription.
Trial period
The app starts with a 15-day free trial period that does not require you to enter payment details. The trial is tied to your email address and applies across all your devices together — reinstalling the app or switching to another device does not start a new trial period.
Subscription
After the trial period, you can continue using the app with a subscription. With a subscription you receive, among other things, the following services:
- unlimited card and tachograph downloading;
- a wide variety of reports from the downloaded data;
- saving reports in PDF and Excel format;
- use of up to 4 devices with the same account;
- regulatory compliance tracking.
On the subscriptions page, accessible from the main screen menu and from the settings page, you can monitor the status of your trial period and subscription. You can also cancel your subscription here. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
If your subscription does not automatically reactivate on this device after a reinstall, or if you subscribed on a different device, you can manually trigger subscription activation on this device using the Restore purchase function. Make sure you are logged in to the app with the same account you used to subscribe.
Payment is handled by Google Play — we do not have access to your card or banking details. When switching to a new phone, the subscription continues with the same Google account. There is also a grace period of a few days without network access while your already-verified entitlement remains valid.
If you cancel your subscription, the Save to zip file function is available to retrieve the files stored in the app.
Licences
A single Google account can use the app on up to 4 devices at the same time. Reinstallations also consume a licence. If you reach the limit, you must release an existing device before activating a new one. In the licence manager you can choose which devices you want to use the app on. If you have deleted a device, you can reactivate it at most once. We use the unique identifier (UUID) generated during app installation to limit the number of simultaneously usable devices. You can find the UUID in the app's About screen and in Settings.
